To say that this home is special is an understatement. It has been meticulously restored by a loving couple who share their story throughout the house in beautiful details and artwork. The house is laid out so well. It easily accommodated our group, including a baby. There are gathering spaces for everyone and enough room to also spread out when needed. Communication was always quick and responsive to our needs, which were minimal because nothing is missed in this house. Georgetown has the best downtown square that is walking distance to the house. Walking the surrounding neighborhoods and areas was a treat. I have rented a lot of Airbnbs and this one will remain at the top of my list as a favorite.

We were looking for a tranquil peaceful family getaway at the Oregon Coast and this house was exactly what we needed! The house is so homey with all the amenities. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for us to be able to prepare our meals. Beds are comfy and everything was super clean. Loved the location next to a semi-private feeling gorgeous beach.

Lovely home in a peaceful setting. Photos match reality. Very comfortable and spacious. The stairs going up to second floor bedroom felt very safe and were not too steep for my elderly parents. It rained while we were there but the covered outdoor spaces were a great places to hang out anyway.

The accommodations are exceptional and the location is great! A second floor deck overlooks Boggy Creek, is very private and peaceful. Great for a morning coffee or wine in the evening. A nice surprise!

Nice simple space to relax and enjoy the area with friends. We did not have our dog with us but the space is perfect for that. Secure fence and gates and plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the time. One bathroom to share so some planning needed but the beds were comfortable and clean. Great stay.

This place was totally amazing!! Me and my friends love it and can’t wait to do another trip at the Airbnb! The house was adorable and truly vintage, super accessible and close walk from everything. Definitely recommend the flower shop if anyone needs a cute bar to go to it’s literally a 2 min walk. The beds were so comfy and the a\c was amazing, loved this place can’t wait to come back!

Loved our stay here! It snowed and that was very beautiful. This is definitely a place to go and chill. The town is about 20 minutes away and most restaurants close early. But the kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is a national park with amazing trails about 10 minutes away. Overall we loved this place. We were able to see deer each day at the cabin. On the drives we saw elk.

We really enjoyed our stay in Georgetown!  The house was centrally located and it was easy to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops.  You could easily get down the path to walk along the San Gabriel river also. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable!  The hosts were great at communicating instructions and answering questions throughout the whole stay.  Just a heads up - there is a live music venue about a block away that was audible in the house most of the evening on the weekend.  It didn't bother us, but it might be an issue if you were trying to get to sleep early.  We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Georgetown!

Perfect place if you’re looking for seclusion around nature. There is a small touristy city about 10-15 minutes in a few different directions. Saw mule deer on property and Elk down the road. Place has everything you need. Enjoyed opening the garage door and hanging out in the hot tub.

Great stay at Airyn’s place in Austin. The space was the perfect size, very clean, and had everything we needed. Location was super convenient and close to pretty much everything, which made getting around easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and the location perfect - within walking distance of downtown, which made eating out very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within a couple of miles. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked meals and were not wanting for any tools or appliances. If you are not in the mood already, this bnb will put you in the right vacay relaxing mode. Omg! Super chique, clean, well decorated, every corner was screaming aesthetics and outdoor space….uffff! To the max! Our daughter was all over the place, you can play, dine, enjoy the breeze on bottom and upper level both. Seems newly built. Full equipped kitchen to pack and play. Very comfy beds and walkable to East Austin VIBEEEEEE. The hosts were super responsive, seems very passionate about their place and hella organized.

Completely remodeled and professionally designed 2 bed 1 bath just 3 blocks from the square! A short walk from dining, bars, and local shopping downtown Georgetown. Amazing outdoor activities surrounding...Lake Georgetown for a day of fishing, hiking, and water skiing, or walk to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail...steps away. You probably won't be home much, but when you are...Full kitchen, huge backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and a great table for working remotely

The space
The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...).  The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal.  The full bathroom serves both bedrooms.  The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The front bedroom has two double beds, end tables, and closet. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with two additional chairs. You can access the private fenced backyard from dining room.  From here you can get to the driveway as well.  Full size laundry is located in a separate room between the bedrooms.

Keypad on the front door. The whole property is yours to enjoy!  Feel free to park on the driveway or the street.

Property Needs immediate maintenance and a deep clean before it is rented again. It has great potential but: * The kitchen window sill has an air gap letting in bugs especially when the kitchen light is on *The light under the cooktop hood was covered with bugs and with the added issue of dirty pots and pans, we were unable to cook meals. *The outside grill shown in the photos turned out to be rusty so that wasn’t a cooking option either. *The kitchen rug and spare bedroom rugs were stained *The bathroom shower curtain had pink mildew along its entire width - all the way up about 8-10 inches from the bottom 🤢 *The bathtub bottom was delaminated and peeling *The photos showed a backyard with lush grass. It turned out to be dirt spots and weeds. Unfortunately we had rented this grass feature with our dog in mind and when it rained our last day, it was a muddy mess. *The bedding and pillows were clean and incredibly comfortable.

I love an Airbnb that is within walking distance of everything. I could walk to several restaurants, coffee shops & other stores within 10 minutes. The home size is perfect for two people and also comfortable for staying in to enjoy a night of watching the golden globes (which we did). I’ll def stay here again.

We really enjoyed Airyn's place. It is well decorated and designed inside. Has a pull out sofa. updated modern design, comfortable for five to six. Nice open space in the kitchen and living room. Needs a lot of help on the outside, but we were there for the location and the interior. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and even the wedding venue we were attending. Close to the running trail and "blue hole" for swimming and cliff jumping. So if you do not plan on spending any time in the back or front yard, but enjoy a beautiful interior and the location, this house is for you.
